We know that some juices, however good for you they may be, are harder to swallow than cough syrup. Being healthy should not be a chore, it should be enjoyable, which is why we made each juice as delicious as it is nutritious. A cleanse is perfect for when you want to lose some extra weight, reset your health regimen, feel better prepared for an important event, or just want to try one out to see how you feel. Whatever the reason, the benefits remain the same: more energy, clearer skin, healthier habits, higher quality of overall well-being, just to name a few.

Make sure you begin your cleanse when agreed upon. Once you open your juices, they will last 24 hours. If you are receiving a 5-day cleanse, be sure to check the expiration dates on the bottle to ensure you get are getting the freshest experience possible.

We advise people not to do any heavy exercising, since a cleanse does not give you a lot of excess energy for it, but light cardio and yoga is recommended. A little bit of sweat is another way to rid the body of toxins.

Ideally you would not eat on a cleanse and instead quell your hunger with water and tea, but it is your cleanse, so it is up to you. If you feel like you need to eat, try snacking on some cucumbers, celery or some nuts, such as cashews, to curb your appetite.

Not a chance! Our juices are all-natural, all organic with no added sugars. They are not pasteurized, so you are getting juice straight from the source, with no tampering or chemicals in between. Just remember, because of this your juice will only last 24 hours after being opened, and you don’t want any of that goodness going to waste.

In most juices, there have been chemicals added to prevent this separation, but not ours. Don’t be alarmed, the separation is totally normal. Give your juice a quick shake and it’ll be right back to being a blended beauty.

Alkalizing is balancing of the over-acidification of our bodies. Alkaline is a pH level over 7 and acidic is a pH level below that. When our body is alkalized, germs are less likely to infiltrate our immune system, making disease and disorders less likely. Foods with a high alkaline pH are veggies such as spinach, cabbage, carrots and celery, all ingredients we use in our juices in order you keep you healthy, happy and balanced.

We deliver to any and all places in London. If you are looking to get our juices delivered to elsewhere in the UK, we can make special delivery arrangements. Just get in touch with us and we can make it happen.

For anywhere in the UK, our standard shipping rate is £15 for orders under £80 and FREE delivery for orders of £80 and above.

We will contact you with an expected delivery date when you've placed your order. Deliveries typically take 2-3 working days, but it will vary depending on the size of the order as well as the delivery address. You will also receive an email once the order has been dispatched, to let you know that it's on its way!

If you're doing a cleanse, it is advisable to plan it at least 1-2 weeks in advance in order to prepare mentally and physically (see our Cleanse Overview page for more information). When you place your order, let us know in the comments section when you'd like to start the cleanse, so we can plan the delivery accordingly.
